Donna Parker, CISR's Profile and Contact Information

Donna L. Parker has served as a trusted insurance resource since 1981. She earned an Associate’s degree from Richland Community College, and obtained her producer license in for property, casualty, life and health insurance in 1984. Donna worked for Moots-Phillips Insurance Agency from 1981 to 1988, and then joined Starkey Insurance. Today, Donna holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, and serves as a trustee for the Clintonia Township.
